What this service is

Retainvo is client management software and we are the vendor: free onboarding templates that compute on the page, and a paid plan that keeps clients as records, runs onboarding against them, serves each client a portal and exports the book.

How we are paid

Retainvo Pro is a monthly subscription: you pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with, and that name appears on your Stripe receipt. It renews monthly until cancelled from your account page.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Retainvo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Retainvo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

No warranty

The worksheets compute from the figures you enter and the method stated on each page. They are arithmetic, not legal, KYC or financial advice; what your practice must verify or retain for a client is your regulator's and your adviser's question.
