What we collect and why

What you type into a worksheet stays on the page unless you save it to an account. If you enquire or subscribe we collect your name, email, practice name and what you tell us about your client book, plus billing details handled by Stripe.

Legal basis and sharing

We are the vendor: you buy from us and your data stays with us and our processors (hosting, payments). We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to lead brokers.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from when they are sent, then deleted, and any copy held to pass an enquiry to a firm has the name, email, phone and message removed at the same point. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@retainvo.com. We respond within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK. Ellul Solutions Ltd's establishment in the EU is in Malta, so its lead supervisory authority in the EU is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt); you can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
