Write to support and a person who works on Retainvo answers, usually within one working day. Billing questions, portal setup, or whether the product fits your practice: same address, same person.

If Retainvo Pro is not doing what this site said it would, tell support within 30 days of a charge and we refund that charge. No form to find, no hoops. Cancelling needs no message at all: your account ends the subscription itself, effective at the period end. Prefer email? hello@retainvo.com reaches the same people.
